Construction
We can attend to all your contracting needs. We just need the plan and we can quote you on the whole project from site prep too finished product; including materials, plumbing, gas installations, electrical works, engineering works, window and door schedules and many more. New builds: We are NHBRC registered and do new buildings from beginning to completion of project.
Renovations
We do all sorts of renovations;
from big too small.
Painting
We have a painting team and we do paintwork on
new buildings and buildings you want repainted etc.

GEOHEX
GEOHEX is a permeable EROSION CONTROL AND GROUND STABILISATION SYSTEM that is easy to use, quick to install and has a multitude of uses!
With a maximum load rating of 1200 tonnes per square meter, GEOHEX is a suitable substitute for concrete etc in many applications. Made from 100% recycled plastic it is environmentally friendly.

Property development
Our property development is under Stofdek Development Group; were we have 2 purposes:
- We buy properties and develop them ourselves.
- We supply a property development service where we assist clients that
has their own properties to develop:
Here we help clients with their own properties to get architects to draw up their plans, getting the right engineer on board, handing in the documents for approval, what you would need for NHBRC enrolment and many more services… (This means from finding a architect until you get your approved building plans)
This property service is apart from the construction division so the client does not necessarily have to use our construction division for the actual development. The client is free to get quotations from different contractors after he has received his plans.

If a client should make use of our construction division then the client will only deal with ONE company from the start of your development process until the very end; but PLEASE TAKE NOTE that if you make use of a different construction team then they will have to do your NHBRC enrolment. It is required that the contractor that does the actual project is a registered NHBRC contractor and enrol the project personally.
